About Our Family
We are an active and engaging family of four with two young children. Our work schedules are demanding and hybrid—one of us works from home on Mondays and Fridays, while the other is primarily on-site. While we are both deeply committed to our careers, we place a high value on our time together as a family and are looking for support to help us maintain that balance.
Throughout the week, household tasks like laundry and general upkeep can quickly pile up, leaving weekends filled with catch-up rather than time with our kids. We’d love support that allows us to spend those moments more intentionally—whether that’s sports, birthday parties, or a day at the beach.
We’re looking for someone who can step into our home with ease—bringing a sense of organization, warmth, and lightness to the day-to-day. We value open communication and see this role as a true partnership. Our goal is to create a home environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and able to focus on what matters most.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized self-starter who can take ownership of tasks once the family’s routines, preferences, and patterns are learned. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, particularly within the Apple ecosystem, and able to manage household tasks independently. You are highly organized and implement effective systems that keep the home running smoothly and in sync with the family’s day-to-day flow. You should also have a keen eye for detail, noticing when things are out of place and need resetting. We would love someone who is naturally inclined to keeping rooms looking tidy and well-managed, making the home feel clean, calm and welcoming.
You should be fun, with a great sense of humor, and enjoy engaging with the family when the moment is right—while also knowing when to focus on tasks to keep everything running smoothly. We need someone who can blend seamlessly into our family dynamic, providing support without needing constant direction. You have a thoughtful, modern approach to working with children and can easily adjust to what the family needs day to day. Punctuality is a must, and you’ll thrive in an environment where you can take ownership of your responsibilities while maintaining a steady and organized home. The ability to anticipate needs, stay ahead of tasks, and keep the house running smoothly is essential, all while ensuring our home feels warm and inviting.
