We are a dynamic, warm, and close-knit household navigating an exciting but demanding season of life. Our home runs on routine, intentionality, and a whole lot of love. With two young boys who keep the energy high and a household that is always in motion, we have built systems that work — we just need the right person to help us run them.
Mom leads a professional team remotely, managing a full schedule of calls, deadlines, and clients from home. She is looking for someone who can step in as a true operational partner — someone who keeps the wheels turning so she can stay focused on her work and fully present with her boys during the hours that matter most.
We are a household that values warmth, organization, gratitude, and positive energy. Our home is a place where the boys run through the cul-de-sac with neighborhood friends, dinners are planned and intentional, and the pantry stays stocked. We take pride in how our home feels and functions, and we are looking for someone who shares that pride.
The afternoons belong to the kids and their activities, and the evenings are protected, quiet family time. We are looking for someone who understands that the goal is to make this home run seamlessly in the background, without adding to the mental load.
You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your responsibilities, anticipates needs, and works independently once expectations and routines are established. We will provide clear expectations, documented routines, and thorough onboarding to help you succeed in the role
You value working thoroughly and efficiently. You anticipate needs before they are spoken, take initiative with a warm and can-do attitude, and find satisfaction in an organized, well-run home. You are emotionally in tune and understand that sometimes the most valuable thing you bring is steady, positive energy on a hard day.
You are not someone who needs to fill every moment with conversation — you read the room and know that focused work time means focused work time, and kid time is kid time. You communicate clearly, ask for clarification rather than assume, and handle surprises with grace. You take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
You are organized, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping a family thrive. You understand healthy professional boundaries, bring your best self to the role every day, and see this as a true partnership — not just a job.
The ideal candidate is warm, calm and professional when supporting the household. You manage your time professionally, communicate proactively, and stay focused on agreed-upon priorities. You respect everyone's time, including your own. You're comfortable with dogs, and you bring a level of organization and attention to detail that makes the home feel effortlessly well-managed. You're trustworthy with children and take that responsibility seriously. Above all, you do good work because it matters to you.
Please send a short intro letter telling us a little about yourself and why this role resonates with you, an updated resume, and three professional references with contact information. Please note that this role requires a background check.
When you apply with Sage Haus, you'll also be added to our candidate community email list so we can share hiring updates, resources, and opportunities. Don't worry — you can unsubscribe at any time if it's not for you.
