We are a warm, energetic household based in the south Denver suburbs, home to three spirited kids who keep life full and moving. Our days are shaped by school schedules, after-school activities, and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising curious, high-energy children. Our kids are involved in a packed lineup of activities, including Irish dance, tennis, swimming, tee ball, rock climbing, and more. They thrive on routine, encouragement, and having engaged adults in their corner.
We are a single-parent household navigating a meaningful season of transition together. Mom is balancing a career pivot, coursework, and the day-to-day responsibilities of creating a stable, joyful home for my three young children. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a caring neighborhood community that has supported our family through this chapter. My children’s schedules are intentionally full, helping them stay engaged, connected, and active, and I am looking for an extra set of hands to help keep their activities, routines, and the overall flow of our home moving smoothly.
We have local cleaning support twice a month, but what we truly need is a steady, reliable presence during the evening hours and on Sundays—someone who can help us feel prepared, organized, and cared for as a family unit.
We are looking for someone who sees this role as more than a job. We want a person who brings calm to the chaos, structure to the week, and genuine warmth to our home. Our household runs best when things are in their place, meals are ready, and the kids feel seen and supported. If you love the energy of a busy family home and bring a natural sense of order and creativity to everything you do, you will fit right in here.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who feels comfortable in a lively, fast-moving household and is not easily overwhelmed by noise, changing priorities, or multiple moving parts. You are highly organized, efficient, and naturally drawn to creating structure—the kind of person who builds practical systems, maintains them consistently, and looks for ways to improve how the home functions over time. You can also help establish clear rhythms and expectations for the whole family, creating a dependable home environment where the children feel secure and daily life flows more smoothly.
You bring a calm, grounded presence and are warm, creative, and playful with children. You understand that children may sometimes have big emotions and can respond with patience, reassurance, and thoughtful care while following the parent’s lead. A genuine interest in understanding and supporting children is important, and an educational or professional background related to working with children would be a welcome plus.
More than anything, this family needs a dependable second set of hands. You notice when support is needed, step in without waiting to be asked, and pay close attention as you learn the family’s routines, preferences, and natural cadence. Over time, you anticipate needs, move alongside the family with confidence, and become a trusted partner in keeping both the children’s schedules and the household running smoothly.
You communicate clearly and kindly, show up on time, and understand that consistency and reliability are essential. Experience supporting families through meaningful transitions or periods of change is especially valued.
