Start Date: September 2026
We’re an active, energetic family of six living in the beautiful waterfront community of Tiburon. With two parents balancing demanding full-time careers, four children (ages 8, 5, and 2-year-old twins), two cats, and two wonderful au pairs, our home is full and dynamic. We enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring all the Bay Area has to offer as a family.
Our home runs on consistency, organization, and well-established systems. Our children thrive on routine, our au pairs provide dedicated childcare, and weekly cleaners manage general housekeeping. We’re seeking an experienced professional who can step into an already well-functioning home, quickly learn and maintain our systems, and take ownership of the details that keep daily life running seamlessly.
We value professionalism, sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail. The right person will be proactive, highly capable, and thoughtful - someone who sees what needs to be done, follows through, and identifies opportunities to improve systems when needed. We see this role as a trusted partnership with someone who takes pride in creating order, efficiency, and ease for our family.
You are calm, naturally organized and you genuinely enjoy bringing order to a busy home. A true self-starter, you don’t need a checklist each morning - you naturally anticipate what needs to be done, take initiative, and follow through with confidence. Highly intelligent, emotionally aware, and forward-thinking, you’re able to think several steps ahead, solve problems independently, and adapt with ease.
A quiet confidence defines your approach to work. You read situations well, communicate thoughtfully and understand the importance of discretion, professionalism and building rapport within a family environment. Proactive, resourceful and exceptionally organized, you’re always looking for ways to make a home run more smoothly.
Your interactions with children are intentional - you choose your words carefully, are mindful of the environment you’re helping to create, and support their development with warmth and patience. Respect for the family’s values around screen time are non-negotiable to you and you understand that being fully present means your phone is put away while you’re working.
You bring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment and a high level of personal accountability to the role. Clear communication, strong self-management, and meticulous attention to detail are among your greatest strengths. You thrive in a dynamic environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and take pride in creating calm, order and consistency for the family.
Fluent English communication is essential for the thoughtful, nuanced and fast-paced coordination this role requires.
