The House Manager CLS- ChicagoLand South Suburbs at ENVISION UNLIMITED is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned CILA homes. This includes hiring and supervising CILA employees, ensuring adherence to planned schedules, evaluating employee performance, and maintaining budgetary guidelines. The position requires on-site supervision, monitoring health and safety practices, and responding to emergencies.
