Job Description

Housekeeping attendant play a vital role in providing guests with a comfortable and clean environment. By maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas, they ensure that the hotel upholds its high standards, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay with peace of mind. Attentively addressing guest needs and keeping all areas in pristine condition contribute directly to guest satisfaction. Flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential as housekeeping staff support the smooth operation of the entire hotel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing cart transportation within the resort
  • Room cleaning
  • Bed making
  • Change of linen supply
  • Restocking of room amenities and glasses
  • Collection of trash, room service, etc.
  • Organize and restock housekeeping carts
  • Organize and replenish floor pantry
  • Turndown service
  • Service order fulfillment
  • Notify engineer of any problems with conditions other than cleaning (breakdowns, damage, etc.)
  • Receive and return laundry service
  • Inventory (guest supplies, glasses, etc.)
  • Compliance with brand standards
