About the Role:Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a House Keeper NB in Gulfport, MS, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning and window washing.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $10.50 per hour
