About the Role:Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a House Keeper NB and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will help create welcoming environments for our clients in Pearl, MS.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning agents.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests promptly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
