Job Description

PRN, Days

The House Manager has shift accountable for patient care and customer service, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial viability, as well as strategic planning.

  • Allocation of staff

  • Coordinates service needs throughout facility

  • Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team

  • Support for quality care

  • Promotes staff development and leadership and promotes change

  • Contributes to the financial viability of the hospital

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

  • Kentucky RN licensure

  • BSN required, MSN preferred

  • Minimum 2 years job-related experience required

  • BCLS

  • ACLS

  • PALS
