No professional cleaning experience? That’s okay! We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching. What matters most to us is your work ethic, reliability, positive attitude, and ability to receive feedback, apply it, and continue improving. Your Pay:
This is a W-2 commission-based position — NOT a traditional hourly position.
The $17–$23/hour range shown represents an average hourly equivalent based on commission earnings and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
Team members can earn up to 20% individual commission on the homes they clean, and commission is NOT split between teammates. Tips and eligible bonuses are additional.
Our performance-based pay structure rewards employees for quality, efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service. The better you perform, the greater your earning potential.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and maintaining our quality standards
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Traveling between customers' homes throughout the East Valley
- Handling company supplies and equipment responsibly
- Working efficiently with your teammate to complete each home
- Following established cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching
- Receiving constructive feedback professionally and putting that feedback into action
You should be:
- 18 years or older
- Looking for a stable, long-term position, not temporary work
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Motivated by a performance-based pay structure
- Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and actually applying it
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing quality work
- Positive, professional, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently and with a teammate
- Physically able to perform an active job throughout the day
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Available Monday–Friday from approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or until the day's work is completed
- In possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Able to communicate effectively in English with our customers
- Located in or able to reliably commute to the East Valley
- Can start and end your day at our local Gilbert office
- Ambitious and interested in future growth opportunities — we're looking for future leaders, not just employees
