As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping clients enjoy cleaner, more comfortable homes while providing reliable and professional service. Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning Services

• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and organize assigned areas
• Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning results in every home

Follow Cleaning Systems

• Use established cleaning checklists and procedures
• Ensure every room is completed thoroughly and consistently
• Maintain company quality standards

Equipment & Supply Management

• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and ready for use
• Properly handle cleaning products and materials safely

Customer Service

• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients
• Represent the company positively during all appointments
• Build trust through reliability and attention to detail

Time Management

• Travel between client locations as scheduled
• Complete appointments efficiently while maintaining quality work

Requirements

Must Have

• Prior residential cleaning experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid documentation authorizing work in the United States
• Reliable daily transportation
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of professional cleaning products and safety practices
• Experience working independently and managing schedules
