House Attendant | Icicle Village Resort
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Evening Houseman to join our housekeeping team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, fresh, and welcoming property for our guests. Your work directly supports the housekeeping team and ensures the hotel remains in sparkling condition.
Key Responsibilities
• Launder linens and assist with handling hotel laundry operations
• Clean rugs, carpets, draperies, and floors throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas
• Support housekeeping staff with daily operational needs
• Deliver guest room amenities promptly and professionally
• Perform light maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and assist with grounds upkeep
• Conduct routine property patrols to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
Qualifications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work weekends and evening shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including holidays
• Prior hotel or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Must be 21
• Strong communication skills

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property specific standards.
• Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift.
• Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping cart.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out on property.
• Attends all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greets and warmly engages guests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
What You Bring
• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role
