Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner;
• excellent planning, organizational, and follow-through skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately;
• in-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• working knowledge of MS Access;
• excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• ability and desire to learn and take on new tasks;
• professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills;
• ability to work well with all levels of the organization and to be an effective team member;
• ability to work independently with little supervision;
• high level of maturity, discretion, tact and judgment;
• obvious enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work; and
• commitment to Publix and our mission.

Preferred Qualifications

• working knowledge of Publix DB2 Tables and CHIP(Charting System)
• working knowledge of PIMS, Marwood and SAP
• working knowledge of structured writing and
• knowledge of Publix Manufacturing processes.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
