Qdoba Shift Supervisor Job Description

Successful candidates will manage employees within the Qdoba restaurant on assigned shifts. Assist in training, retaining and motivating crew. Make decisions to ensure great tasting food, help to provide a fun, productive work environment and fast attentive customer service. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer focused and willing to make decisions to improve sales and make customers their #1 focus.
Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills, a hands on management style, show initiative and demonstrate leadership ability. It doesn't hurt that a qualified candidate knows how to pronounce Qdoba properly. Here's a hint (Cue..Doe..Ba)! Getting our start in 1995, QDOBA Mexican Eats now has more than 740 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada.
