Production positions require lifting & carrying, packing, loading, cleaning, operating equipment, and/or general utility duties in a glass manufacturing plant. Those hired will be required to work 12 hour shifts in a 24/7 operation. Production workers starting wage rate is $ 19.57/hr with benefits. After successful completion of a 6-month probation period, the wage rate will increase to $ 20.22/hr. with another increase at 1 yr. to $20.87/hr. with the potential of $ 22.21/hr. based on time in the position.
