Job Description

Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Process Server in the State of Texas – a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and with exceptional energy and enthusiasm to join our Team

About the position:

  • Delivers legal documents, such as a summons, complaint, subpoena, restraining order or eviction notice to the person named on the document.

Requirements

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle - required
  • Clean driving record
  • Flawless attendance
  • Effective time management skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Process serving certificate - Plus

Benefits

Compensation, Hours, and Benefits:

  • Company car and gas card will be provided
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Full-time (40 hours per week): four (4) ten hour days Wednesday - Saturday
  • Process server certification paid by company
  • Dental/vision plan - available upon hire
  • MEC Health Plan - Minimum Essential Coverage - after sixty (60) days of service
  • Holiday pay - after six (6) months of service
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – after six (6) months of service
  • 401k savings plan – after one (1) year of service
