JOB TITLE: 

Box Office Attendant

JOB PURPOSE:  

Box Office event attendants process ticket sales in person, over the phone, and online for all Buchanan Center performances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing ticket orders within the Tix ticketing software
• Answering phone calls for ticket purchases and event information
• Operate under PCI compliance rules and procedures for credit card transactions
• Counting back change under Box Office cash handling procedures  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED  

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior cash handling experience

WORK LOCATION:

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
