Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate detailed execution plans for each event, coordinating staffing, setup, menus, and timing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related food and beverage needs on the day of execution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management or supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or full-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
  • Familiarity with Marriott brand standards and hotel operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
