About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team serving the Southampton Township area. This is a rewarding hourly position where you'll make a real difference in the lives of clients by helping them live their best life possible at home. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the supervising nurse
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders in accordance with the care plan

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving setting preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Southampton Township area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow a personalized care plan
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must pass background check and reference verification

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
