Level 1 – Customer Support Representative
- Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers via hotline & live chat
- Answer questions about orders, delivery, and our products
- Provide guidance on basic product usage and accessories
- Ensure customer requests are documented and followed up with solutions
- Deliver fast, professional, and caring support that makes customers smile
Level 2 – Technical Support / Service Engineer
- Handle all Level 1 responsibilities – plus more!
- Dive deep into technical troubleshooting, including log file analysis
- Work closely with our development team to solve issues and improve products
- Provide training and advice on advanced technical topics
- Share insights with our HQ in China to boost service & product quality
- Shape the future of our service processes with your own ideas
DEUTSCH
Allgemeiner Kundenservice (Level 1)
- Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen und Livechat-Anfragen
- Beratung zu Bestellungen, Lieferstatus und allgemeinen Produktinformationen
- Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Fragen zur Produktnutzung und Zubehör
- Dokumentation von Kundenanliegen und lösungsorientierte Weiterbearbeitung
- Freundliche, schnelle und professionelle Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
Technischer Support / Service Engineer (Level 2)
- Übernahme aller Aufgaben aus dem allgemeinen Kundenservice
- Umfassende technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden, inkl. Analyse von Produkt-Logs
- Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam
- Beratung und Schulung von Kunden zu komplexeren technischen Themen
- Weiterleitung relevanter Informationen an unsere chinesische Niederlassung zur Optimierung von Produkt- und Servicequalität
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse durch eigene IdeenQualificationsENGLISH
Languages
- Fluent German (written & spoken)
- Solid English skills
- Bonus points if you know Chinese!
Qualifications
- Level 1: Customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn – career changers welcome!
- Level 2: Technical training or experience (IT, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.), ideally with support or e-commerce background. Analytical and problem-solving mindset is key.

Qualifikation:
- Für Level 1 – Allgemeiner Kundenservice:
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Freundlichkeit und Organisationstalent - Gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
- Für Level 2 – Technischer Support / Service Engineer:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder relevante Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld (z. B. IT, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik)
- Erfahrung im technischen Support, Call Center oder E-Commerce von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Problemlösung und Freude an der Kundenberatung
