Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Cateringformaten sowie Mitarbeit im regulären Kantinenbetrieb auf hohem Serviceniveau
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungsaufträgen in Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung sowie fachliche Vertretung bei Bedarf
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Abbau von Buffets und Servicestationen inklusive Bereitstellung und Kontrolle von Serviceequipment
  • Begleitung von Veranstaltungen durch das Servieren von Speisen und Getränken sowie die aufmerksame Betreuung von Gästen und VIPs
  • Koordination, Einweisung und fachliche Unterstützung von Hilfs‑ und Fremdpersonal

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachkraft, Restaurantfachkraft oder eine vergleichbare gastronomische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Catering‑, Event‑ und Bankettbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Service‑ und Gastgebermentalität mit sicherem, professionellem und seriösem Auftreten sowie einem Blick für Details
  • Hohes Organisationsvermögen, Stressresistenz sowie Flexibilität bei wechselnden Anforderungen und kurzfristigen Einsätzen
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Situationen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sichere digitale Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook
