We are hiring a Hotel Manager for the Jabodetabek Area! We are looking for a Hotel Manager with a proven track record of success, please find the details below:

• Managing and being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Prepare management reports and ensure efficient cost control for hotel expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop the hotel's staff, including direct reports.
• Evaluate direct reports, develop the hotel's business, and actively participate in sales calls and promotions.
• Ensure efficient property maintenance and prioritize the safety and security of the hotel.
• Works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including guests, hotel owners, and the Archipelago International Corporate Office.
• supports the execution of branded service and standards, performance, and profit.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree
• Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager
• Experienced in the Hotel Industry
• Have experience in Sales, especially in the JABODETABEK Area
• Fluent in English
