Pay – $18/hour , work is year-round.

Your Role: In this role, you’ll be vital in ensuring that units are ready for new guests. You’ll handle repairs, maintenance, and clean-up tasks, making a direct impact on each unit’s readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect units and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Perform repairs including patching walls, painting, replacing fixtures, and cleaning carpets.
• Ensure appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning properly.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for apartment turnover.
• Keep clear records of work completed and turnover status.

Requirements

• Previous experience in turnover or general maintenance is required.
• Skills in basic maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
