Sales Manager – New Home2 Suites by Hilton | West Middlesex, PA

Be part of something new! We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for the opening of the new Home2 Suites by Hilton in West Middlesex, PA.

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in introducing our hotel to the local market and building a strong foundation for long-term success. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and creating sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with businesses, organizations, and community partners and has a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, group clients, travel partners, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, networking, and community outreach.
• Manage accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities.
• Coordinate group, corporate, and extended-stay business from initial contact through completion.
• Partner with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the hotel professionally at community events, industry functions, and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong local business network.
• Professional and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the hotel team.
