We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Hotel Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through personal selling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information on hotel services, pricing, and packages.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Minimum
3 years of experience
in hotel sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the
hospitality industry and hotel services
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
.
Strong knowledge of
sales techniques and strategies
.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with
reservation systems
such as OPERA.
Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills
