Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the premises, while also assisting guests, residents, or staff with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests, residents, or staff in a courteous manner
• Handle luggage, deliveries, or personal items as required
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and presentable at all times
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed
• Assist with setting up and clearing event or meeting spaces
• Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues
• Monitor building access and report any suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance or emergencies
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Basic to intermediate English level (A2B1); other languages are a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice to Have (a Plus):

• Experience in hotels, residential buildings, or healthcare facilities
• Basic maintenance or handyman skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Multilingual communication skills
