This is a full time position located at The Guest House at Graceland having evening/night hours (11:00pm-7:00am) with variable working days to include weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime as needed. Benefits may be offered after successful completion of a sixty (60) introductory period. This is a promotional opportunity and is an internal/external recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager of The Guest House at Graceland:
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of daily hotel operations; previous experience with Opera reservations systems is preferred; must have demonstrated experience as a night auditor with knowledge in accounting procedures; must be familiar with computer systems and/or “property management” systems to retrieve, input, and compile necessary information for audit; must possess demonstrated competencies in both the oral and written communications in order to deal with the complexities that exist among and between the various hotel departments front office staff and the guests; ability to maintain confidentiality; must have the necessary skills to work with a wide variety of individuals; ability to problem solve. Must be at least 18 years of age to work at the hotel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to speak clearly and distinctly both in person and on the telephone; lift packages weighing up to twenty-five (25) lbs.; ability to stoop and reach; ability to climb stairs; ability to stand for long periods of time.
CONDTIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Identification badge and uniform is required; must exhibit a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times. Work in a no smoking area; must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required; must be able to work holidays; ability to maintain confidentiality.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Experience in the hospitality and/or hotel industry and/or equivalent education in hotel hospitality/business administration.

Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. (EPE) is the corporate entity that was created by the Elvis Presley Trust to conduct business and manage its assets, including the Graceland operation.
Joel Weinshanker owns the rights to Graceland's operations, with Authentic Brand Group, LLC and the Presley family as partners. Lisa Marie Presley retains a 15% ownership in the company and continues to be involved in major business decisions, as does her mother Priscilla.
Lisa Marie Presley retains 100% sole personal ownership of Graceland Mansion itself and its over 13-acre original grounds and her father's personal effects - meaning costumes, wardrobe, awards, furniture, cars, etc.. She has made the mansion property and her father's personal effects permanently available for tours of Graceland and for use in all of EPE's operations.
Jack Soden is the President and CEO of EPE and is based in the Memphis office. This top management team is supported by the vice-presidents, directors, managers and staff of the various departments of EPE, including marketing & media, sales, accounting, operations, human resources and the various sub-departments within these.
