Hotel Night Audit Clerk – Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort

Harrah’s Laughlin is looking for a detail‑oriented, service‑driven Night Auditor who thrives in a quiet, focused environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth overnight operations. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll embody our Family Style Service—warm, welcoming, and committed to making every guest feel at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform all Night Audit functions, including running nightly reports, posting room and tax, and completing the date roll.
  • Update room statuses and ensure system accuracy for the next day’s operations.
  • Pre-register, check in, and check out guests, settling accounts according to hotel policies.
  • Provide prompt, friendly guest service and respond to guest needs throughout the night.
  • Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations/PBX, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Offer accurate property information and assist with special accommodation requests.
  • Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, professional personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during overnight hours.
  • Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
  • Previous front desk or guest‑service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and respond to visual and verbal cues.
  • Comfort working independently and making sound decisions overnight.
