What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Negotiator Lead within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all task specific activities within the Hotel Custom Team, including assigning appropriate resources to ensure completion of all assigned tasks and supporting the design, implementation, and management of custom hotel lodging programs for clients. You will report directly to Custom Sourcing Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, motivating, counseling, establishing goals and benchmarks, and monitoring progress versus established goals
• Building rapport with hotel contacts throughout management and franchise companies
• Managing internal reporting, client reporting, and ensuring pre-determined deadlines are met
• Providing input on team member progress for performance evaluations
• Assisting in tracking employee productivity, monitoring calls in queue, and coaching staff based on expectations and performance
• Communicating updates and following up to ensure representatives are informed of new information, procedures, and company changes
• Handling escalation calls and following through to resolution
• Collaborating with other departments and assisting in resolving concerns
• Identifying concerns and communicating them to management
• Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Strong background in sales, purchasing, and customer service
• Minimum one year of supervisory and/or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
