As the strategic leader of Hotel Operations, you will oversee the property’s day-to-day performance and act as General Manager in their absence. You will shape and execute innovative, property-wide strategies that advance operational excellence, enrich the guest experience and co-deliver the hotel’s commercial and business objectives.

You will provide inspirational leadership across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, St. Pancras Spa, Quality Assurance and Special Projects. Leading an accomplished senior management team, you will foster a high-performance culture defined by collaboration, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.

Partnering closely with the Directors of Food and Beverage and Director of Engineering, you will align operational and commercial leaders behind a shared vision, inspire exceptional performance and drive transformative initiatives across the property.

Your leadership will create unforgettable experiences at every touchpoint, empower associates to flourish, deliver outstanding commercial performance and strengthen the hotel’s position as a defining destination in luxury hospitality.

You will be an accomplished luxury hospitality leader with at least eight years of progressive experience in hotel operations. Experience as Hotel Manager or Director of Operations within a full-service property is preferred. • The confidence to lead change, challenge convention and introduce new ways of working
  • Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills
  • A self-motivated, agile and resilient approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred. Fluency in English is essential, together with a career history demonstrating progressive growth and consistently exceptional performance.

Flexibility to meet the demands of this dynamic operation, as well as the ability to commute to the property daily, is essential.

What You Will Be Expected to Deliver

  • Inspirational and visible leadership that engages associates, builds trust and creates a compelling shared vision for success
  • Exceptional guest satisfaction through memorable luxury experiences, personalised service and measurable improvement in guest satisfaction scores
  • A high-performance culture in which leaders are aligned, empowered and accountable for achieving ambitious goals
  • Operational excellence through disciplined execution, uncompromising quality and continuous improvement

  • Strong commercial performance across revenue, profitability, productivity and cost management
  • Outstanding associate engagement, developing exceptional talent and embodying Marriott’s culture and service vision
  • Trusted relationships with owners and stakeholders, built through transparency, influence and sound commercial judgement
  • A distinguished external presence, representing St. Pancras London and Marriott International within the business and local community
