Your Opportunity

As our Hotel Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, overseeing Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Quality and Spa. You’ll drive excellence across every touchpoint, ensuring our brand promise is not just met — but exceeded.

• Champion service excellence and operational brilliance
• Lead and inspire high-performing teams across departments
• Drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and profitability
• Implement strategic initiatives aligned with our brand standards
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and luxury innovation

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality (Hotel Manager, EAM, or Director of Operations)
• A passion for detail, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Confident, direct leadership style with a collaborative spirit
• Experience with LQA standards and brand deployment
• Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Business, or related fields
