THE PROGRAMME

• Duration: 12–18 months
• Comprehensive development programme covering the core areas of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, and Management
• Assignments across Austria and at our Berlin Headquarters
• Exciting and challenging projects focused on implementing new systems and improving operational processes
• Career coaching, performance feedback, and development support to help you succeed on your leadership journey

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training and 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to build a long-term career within the industry
• Leadership potential and the ambition to make a positive impact as a future leader at MEININGER
• Curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills
• Resilient, able to perform under pressure, and an excellent communicator
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible and willing to work on 3–6 month assignments at different MEININGER locations
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with a hotel management system is an advantage
