About the project
At Foundever, we drive exceptional experiences by putting people at the center of everything we do. We are looking to hire a professional with higher education for an international hotel management project based in Málaga, with a primary focus on the French market
The role involves continuous interaction with clients and international teams. For this reason, a native or C2-equivalent level of French and an advanced level of English are required, as well as a solid understanding of the International hotel market, due to ongoing interaction with clients, suppliers, and market-specific operational standards.


Working hours and modality

  • Working time: 39 hours per week.
  • Working schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 (to be assigned).
  • Initial training: On-site, from 09:00 to 18:00, at our offices in Málaga city center.
  • Work modality: 100% on-site. Possibility to move to a hybrid work model (2 days per week remote) once the learning curve has been successfully completed.


Contract type

  • 5 + 4 month temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract, depending on performance and business needs.


Salary

  • Gross monthly salary: €1,635.33

What we are looking for (role requirements)

  • Native or C2-equivalent level of French, required for the daily management of the French market.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
  • Residence in Málaga or nearby areas, or willingness to relocate.
  • Previous professional experience linked to France will be highly valued, as well as the ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
