Ο ρόλος είναι εξαιρετικά στρατηγικός και λειτουργικός, καθώς απαιτεί την δημιουργία και εφαρμογή όλων των διαδικασιών (Pre-Opening) για την καθιέρωση του ξενοδοχείου ως του πλέον αποκλειστικού και ελκυστικού προορισμού για jet setters στην περιοχή.
