Job Description

Front Desk Supervisor

For $21-$25 per hour based on experience, we’re looking for a service-driven Front Desk Supervisor who leads by example and creates exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the Front Office team to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a true “WOW” experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests, proactively addressing needs and resolving concerns

  • Train and support front desk team members

  • Lead by example in service, professionalism, and teamwork

  • Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and guest communications

  • Step in during busy periods and handle challenges with confidence

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk or hospitality leadership experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Positive, hands-on leadership style

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
