We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Associate/Bellperson to join our team. This position requires availability to work evening shifts, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. Weekend and holiday availability a must.
The ideal candidate will have hotel front desk experience and be comfortable managing a busy desk. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a warm welcome and provide exemplary service throughout their stay. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate position is the face of the hotel. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for taking reservations, checking guests in and out of rooms, directing calls, answering guests’ questions and concerns, etc. This is a service oriented position and requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills and friendly professionalism. This position has cash control responsibilities.
