he Hotel Earl is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while assisting with front desk operations and hotel bar service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, payments, and requests professionally.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and bar area.
• Follow hotel standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, customer service, or bartending experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, professional, and guest-focused.
• Flexible availability, weekends, and holidays are required.
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol.
