About the role:
TheConcierge responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing theguestneeds andrequests andthen adding personal recommendations and touches to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies.This role is part of the Front Office Team, reporting to the Front Office Manager.
What you will do:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
Resolves customer complaints;assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices
Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming inan accurateandtimelymanner
Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) andestablishesclose contacts with vendors in these areasin order toprovide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages
What you bring:
One +years' experienceworking within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding the importance ofguest’spreferences.
