Principali compiti e Responsabilità
• Fornire un servizio impeccabile agli ospiti, anticipando e soddisfacendo le loro esigenze
• Accogliere gli ospiti all'arrivo e fornire un orientamento completo dell'hotel e dei suoi servizi
• Coordinare i trasferimenti, le prenotazioni e le richieste speciali degli ospiti
• Garantire la pulizia e la preparazione accurata delle camere e delle suite
• Collaborare con il team per garantire un'esperienza memorabile agli ospiti in ogni momento
Requirements
• Esperienza pregressa nell'ospitalità o in ruoli correlati
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli
• Flessibilità nell'orario lavorativo e disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana e durante le festività
• Italiano e inglese fluente.
• Esperienza come Chef de Rang Commis con esperienza in Room Service rappresentano un plus
