How do I make an impact on my team?
Join our kitchen team as a Hotel Breakfast Cook, where you'll play a key role in crafting delicious meals by preparing fresh ingredients and supporting chefs and other cooks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards
- Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
What does success look like in this role?
- Three or more years of kitchen experience
Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
Creative, organized, innovative and even tempered personality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Knowledge in a variety of kitchen equipment
