The role of a Hot Mill Maintenance Mechanic includes the ability to troubleshoot and repair water systems, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and mechanical components plus participate and lead in all preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The successful candidate in this role will demonstrate the ability to focus on safety, equipment reliability, cost control, and continuous improvement. This position will be a rotating shift position.
