Responsibilities

• Prepares all the hot foods in accordance with the planned menus and recipes.
• Prepares and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Record on production sheets the correct amount of food utilized and the temperatures of food items for each meal.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as the community’s established
