In our restaurant Edmondo in Hamburg, you will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail, communication and anticipation make the difference.
🚀 Your role & impact
As a Host / Hostess, you take full ownership of the guest journey from the very first moment:
Deliver a warm, professional and structured welcome at all times
Manage reservations, walk-ins and table allocation (Reservierungen & Tischmanagement)
Optimize seating flow and coordinate closely with the floor team
Anticipate guest needs and adapt your communication accordingly
Handle peak moments with composure, clarity and efficiency
Elevate waiting time into a positive, well-managed experience
👉 You are not just greeting guests — you are orchestrating the entrance experience.
💡 What we’re looking for
Fluent German (min. C1) and confident English
Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or high-volume service
Strong communication skills and natural presence
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
