About the role:

The Host/ Hostess is the first impression and welcome to the guest. This position requires a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes hectic and demanding environment. Must be able to focus on the guest experience and read the pace of the restaurant and lounge to seat as efficiently as possible.

What you will do:

• Coordinate all reservations for Restaurant, Bar and Terrace in accordance with guidelines. To correctly greet and seat guests in Restaurant, Bar and Terrace and to provide impeccable service at all times to guest in Restaurant, Bar, Terrace.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
• Quickly assess guests' needs and flex style appropriately.
• Use the guests' names whenever possible, in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Build and maintain rapport with regular guests (both residents and non-residents) as well as cultivating relationships with new patron

What you bring:

• Hospitality spirit to connect with guests
• Friendly and Calm Demeanor
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage roles and employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

• Successful candidates will be hired as casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work day and night shifts, holidays, and/or weekends.
