This role supports daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with table turnover, and providing excellent customer service in line with company standards.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s hosting system </li>
<li> Greet guests promptly and seat them in a warm, friendly, and professional manner </li>
<li> Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries </li>
<li> Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas </li>
<li> Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed </li>
<li> Support takeout order preparation and other side work duties </li>
<li> Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow </li>

<li> High school diploma or equivalent required </li>
<li> At least 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong communication skills (verbal and written) </li>

<li> Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays </li>
