The Role

As a Hoster, you are the first and last impression of Vida Plenas hospitality — creating a welcoming, calm, and organized atmosphere for every guest. You manage reservations, seating flow, and inquiries with grace and precision, ensuring each guests arrival feels effortless and warm.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, oversee seating plans, handle reservations, and manage guest inquiries.

  • Accurately document schedules, reservations, and any necessary adjustments to guest bookings.

  • Oversee reservation changes, such as guest count modifications, to ensure seating and arrangements are ready.

  • Provide detailed reports about no-shows, structural issues, or unusual occurrences to management.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reservation emails, though without taking any direct action.

  • Ensure guests are greeted and seated with professionalism and warmth.

What We Expect From You

  • Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, preferably in a host or front-of-house role.

  • Strong skills in managing reservations, seating flow, and guest communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.

  • Patient, tactful, and attentive when managing requests or complaints.

  • Capable of managing guest preferences and ensuring all information is correctly recorded.

  • Fluent in English, with local language skills as a plus.

  • Experience with reservation platforms or restaurant management software is a plus.

  • Calm, composed, and reliable under pressure — a steady presence at the front desk.
