Paradise Casino is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess/Cashier to join our Food and Beverage team. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming dining experience while efficiently managing seating, reservations, and payment transactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and delivers outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.

QualificationsUnder direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, greets, seats, cashiers and tends to other needs of the guest.
Minimum of six months experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred.  Must be 18 years of age.  Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.

About Quechan Indian Tribe

Located at 350 Picacho Road in Winterhaven, California, the administration building sits atop Indian Hill overlooking Paradise Casino to the East and the construction of the new Fort Yuma Health Care Center to the North.

Here you will find the offices of the President, Vice-President, and the Tribal Council Members. The Tribal Chambers is also located within the building where meetings with the Tribal Council are held.

Also located within the administration building are the offices for the Tribal Administrator, Tribal Council Secretary, Comptroller, Human Resources, Payroll, Revenue Distribution, Finance, our Grants Writer/Coordinator and Records Retention.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 pm. to 5:00 p.m. The offices are closed between 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch break.
