Join our team as a Host/Hostess at Providence Place, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dining services in a formal, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guide them to their seats, and provide menus.
Maintain smooth dining room operations during meal service, offering assistance to servers when necessary.
Solicit feedback from residents and guests to enhance the dining experience.
Schedule servers in collaboration with the Director of Dining Services.
Prepare dining and function rooms for meetings and events.
Ensure closure procedures are completed and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the dining room.
Assist in training, evaluating, and providing corrective actions to dining room personnel.
Deliver food and supplies to the sister’s lounges.
