Greet guests with warmth, personality, and professionalism
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently
Guide guests to their tables and ensure smooth service flow
Provide information about the restaurant and answer guest inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area
Previous experience in front-of-house or guest-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Friendly, approachable, and confident
Flexible and able to work different shifts as required
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
