Job Location: Augusta Country Club - Augusta, GA 30904
Titleholders is the restaurant of Augusta Country Club, named for the women's golf tournament hosted on its grounds from 1937 to 1966. The Titleholders Championship plays a meaningful role in the rich history of the Augusta Country Club, and we wish to uphold the reputation and historical significance of the Club by continuing to provide excellent service to its members.
Hostesses will:
- Greet members promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist with reservations and guide members to their assigned tables.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the seating list effectively.
- Present menus to members and answer any initial questions.
- Optimize seating to ensure balanced workload among wait staff.
- Support Dining Room Attendants (DRAs) with table settings and clearing.
- Place fresh flowers on tables daily and ensure they are properly watered.
- Update soup signs and menu inserts as needed.
- Assist members with to-go supplies and packaging.
- Keep hostess podiums and storage areas clean and organized.
- Ensure table lamps are charged and ready for use.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week from the shifts listed below

- - Thursday or Friday lunch shift 10AM-2PM

- - Saturday or Sunday lunch shifts 9AM-3PM or dinner shifts 5PM-9PM

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Familiarity with POS (point-of-sale) systems (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
